What is the carriage cost per order?
We offer free delivery to mainland UK with the exception of:
– Scottish Highlands,
– Scottish Islands,
– Channel Isles including the Isle of Wight
– Certain AB postcodes.
For anyone within these parameters there would be an additional carriage charge to pay. For information on these please contact us for shipping quotes. We will only pass the additional given from the couriers.
We can also ship internationally. Any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us for more information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit card, payment via PayPal or you can call us and we can take payment over the phone.
If you wish to pay by invoice, this can also be done either on a pro forma basis. If you are part of the NHS/public sector or from a school or university we will automatically extend credit terms to which we would need a purchase order sent over to our email address [email protected]
What lead time should I expect for delivery?
Due to the varying products throughout the website, each lead time can vary depending on the product, in the description of each product, there is an estimated window for delivery. These are only a guideline but we aim to keep you updated of any problems or delays which could cause extended lead times.
Do you receive an invoice for my order?
As soon as we receive the order, we will process this order the same day provided it is received before 3pm, we will send a VAT invoice to the supplied e-mail address within 2 hours.
