What is the carriage cost per order?

For all mainland UK delivery orders the carriage is included within the price.  Any orders being delivered to Scottish Highlands, Isles, Channel Islands including the Isle of Wight will incur an additional carriage cost, please contact us for details.  

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit card, payment via PayPal or you can call us and we can take payment over the phone.

What are the lead times for delivery?

In each listing underneath the product description there is an estimated lead time for delivery in bold, this is only a guideline, but we aim to keep you updated if there are any problems or delays.

Do you receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as we receive the order, we will process this order the same day provided it is received before 3pm, we will send a VAT invoice to the supplied e-mail address within 2 hours.
